Bronach had woken up with no one in her house but that wasn't unusual. Her parents weren't usually around. They usually spent more time away from home then they did near home. So it wasn't very odd for her to crawl out of her bed, her feet hitting the floor with a bit of a thud from the height. She had to throw the blanket that fell out of the bed back into the bed when she slipped out.

The little girl walked into kitchen and pulled a chair into the bathroom so she could get to the sink. She brushed her teeth because her daddy hated it when her breath was smelly. Then she jumped down and pulled the chair back to its place and put on a different dress then the one she had worn yesterday and slept in. She went to the kitchen and made herself a sandwich with moldy bread, jelly and cheese on it. Then of course she cleaned the kitchen up so that she didn't get into trouble again for having forgotten.

After she had everything put away and cleaned, Bronach went outside to the garden. It wasn't really a garden. It was actually plot of land that had been overtaken by weeds but somehow, a rose bush had survived. She climbed through the weeks, getting a scratch on her arm that she mostly ignored, until she made it to the rose bushes. She greeted each rose bud by name and then asked who wanted to go on an adventure with her that day. She had named them after the many names she had been called in life and was sure Stupid that she was the one that wanted to go with today. She plucked the little rose from the bush and began her journey back through the weed forest.

Bronach started her day by walking down the street towards Corn's house. Corn was a pretty yellow dog that lived in a blue house and he liked to lick her hand. She then went down two streets until she was saw Cloud, a fluffy white kitty who weaved her way through Bronach's legs. The last friend on her list was an old dog who liked to lay down with her in the fields. After all of that, she still had a long time left to her day and so she began walking around again. Maybe she'd find a new friend to play with that day.

((OOC: This is Tigger))

It just stared at him. Blink after blink, the fluff ball of a pet his mother had brought home for him just stared at him. Well at least when Octavian just sat there while his hands on his chin, staring at the Arcerian cub it just stared back. It did like to chase the string that his nanny had given him, but the most fun he got out of Tigger, as he had named it, was when he poked its fur. Tigger’s paw would always come back up and try and attack Octavian’s hand, usually having the little kitty turning on the floor wanting more. It often made Octavian laugh, but what fun was doing it constantly over and over again.

He just sighed, while grabbing the string, standing up and using it to distract Tigger. Hearing his nanny come in Octavian looked up, wondering if it was about his mother of any sorts. He missed her and wished he could spend more time with her, especially when he didn’t know what he was supposed to do with a kitty. It was fun, but he wanted more adventure. It seemed from the way Octavian’s movements seemed board, his nanny got the idea that he was. “Octavian, why don’t we go into town and get some more toys for the tiger. I’m sure he’d like it.” Looking at his nanny and then back at Tigger and gave a small shrug. It couldn’t hurt.

All the way to town, Octavian held onto Tigger tightly on the carriage ride and when they began to walk the streets of town he used the string to have Tigger follow. In and out of the streets, people stepped out of the way for his tiger and him. He did like that, his proud smile indicating it.

That was until something seemed to have spook Tigger and he ended up running across the busy streets scared. “Tigger!” He shouted while with no hesitation Octavian ran after him, weaving through danger for his fur ball while his nanny cried out frantically while she got stuck. In and out, even between people’s legs Octavian squirmed and ran until he saw where Tigger ran to hide. Curled up in some sort of tunnel thing at the beginning of an alley, Octavian followed, crawling on his knees to look at his tiger.

Reaching out to get him Octavian frowned heavily while he was too far in to reach him and Octavian was too big to crawl in. Looking around he wondered what he could use to draw Tigger out. There wasn’t very much around in an alley and he wasn’t about to leave him. He needed something smaller than him just to reach in and grab him. But what could he use?

Bronach had made a few stops as she walked through the town. She liked trying to be nice to people and smiling at them or trying to introduce people to her rose. They never seemed to want to meet the flowers though. They gave her a look that usually meant she was going to wind up going to bed without dinner until another adult came and shooed her away. She didn't know what they didn't want to meet Stupid. Stupid was a very pretty rose after all.

She didn't let that discourage her though. There was an old lady on the side of the road who was dirty like Bronach and smelled funny. She didn't speak words like most people did and Bronach thought she was funny. But at least the old woman smiled at her when she did. She mumbled something about the hated child being the baby of Hayll but Bronach didn't understand that. She just thought the way the woman's eyes went dark was very interesting.

The little girl was distracted however by a big furry white thing that darted into the alley she was in at the moment. The old woman quickly scattered away from her and left out the back way and pretty soon, there was a boy in the alley too. She watched the boy try to reach the furry white thing but then he gave up. It looked like maybe he was looking for something.

Without any fear, Bronach came up to the edge of the tunnel and peaked in. Her eyes grew in excitement and her voice came out in wonder. "OOOOO! You're a big kitty!" She put Stupid into the tunnel and tapped the ground a little. "Hi kitty. You want to play with Stupid?" She asked as the cat's paw went after the bouncing rose. "Come out here and play." She said, slowly pulling the rose out of the tunnel, hoping that the kitty would follow.

Octavian looked around trying to gather even the smallest of ideas that he could do to get Tigger out of the tunnel. There was a big rock at the beginning of the alley, which maybe he could scare Tigger to coming out, but then again he may run away. Then Octavian caught sight of a small, but doable twig wedged between some sort of garbage which had him scattering to retrieve it. He was certain that the twig would work on Tigger, seeing as he had accidently dropped the string he used before to get Tigger to follow somewhere when he was running.

Turning back to rescue his lost tiger Octavian’s eyes widened when he heard and saw a little girl looking in the tunnel at Tigger. He instantly rushed over with his hand on his sword, taking it out and pointing at her. “What are you doing? What are you doing to Tigger?!” He demanded to know while he listened and watched her drag a flower out of the tunnel, Tigger’s paws inching along with it until he was out of the tunnel.

Moving past the little girl while he put his sword away, Octavian picked up Tigger from under his arms and held him as best as he could to him. Tigger began to squirm while again Octavian tried to regain holding him while he frowned at the little girl. “Thank you.” Was all he said though his frown remained. He didn’t like when people helped him without him asking. He didn’t like it especially when a girl did that.

Finally setting Tigger down on the ground but wrapping his arms around his neck as he crouched to make sure he didn’t run away, Octavian looked around wondering where the girl had come from. “Where is your home?” He asked, not have seen her coming into the alley.

Bronach had spent quite a bit of time in this alley. She knew that the woman who she had been listening too didn't stay here normally, actually, very few people did. This was more of an animal alley and so the kitty wasn't much of a surprise to see. Helping the kitty escape from his hidey hole also wasn't much of a change for the little witch. She normally didn't let animals stay in dangerous places if she could help it and even though sometimes she was the danger, she never tried to hurt any animals. They were just too cute to hurt after all.

So even when the boy came at her, Bronach knew that the kitty was in danger and he couldn't be left in the hole. He would be hurt. Besides, he wasn't an adult. Adults, they were big and scary but he was a little boy like she was a little girl and so he didn't scare her. Neither did his sword. "The Rat King is going to get mad if he finds the kitty in here. We have to save him." She said as the big fur ball began to move towards her and freedom. It was true too. The biggest, ugliest rat in the alley lived in that hole and he had big, ugly teeth that hurt when he bit.

Finally, the kitty was free and Bronach found herself being pushed out of the way. She landed on her bottom with a little "Oomph" and looked up at the boy. He did not share well. Not at all and that wasn't very nice. Maybe he was as scared of the Rat King as Bronach was though. She didn't want the kitty to be bitten and she was sure the boy didn't either. Although it looked like he was having a hard time holding the kitty. It was a pretty big kitty after all and he was just a little boy. "You're welcome." She said as she stood up and put her hands behind her back, dancing in place a little as her waist spun in circles.

Bronach picked Stupid up when he asked where she was from. "I live in a house behind a big garden. You can get lost in it it is so big." she took a step closer to the boy before sitting down. "I'm Bronach. What's your name? Can I pet you kitty? He's really pretty."

Whether it was Octavian’s possessiveness over his new found furry friend and gift that his mother gave him or the sounds of some King Rat in the area, his little Warlord Prince senses tingled. The sword that he had pointed at the little girl who was eager to get Tigger out was now swinging around him as he turned around to look for this evil rat. As his eyebrows knitted together Octavian was waiting for it. He wouldn’t let it hurt his kitty.. or even the little girl.

When it seemed that there was no danger and that she had finally gotten Tigger out, Octavian found no guilt when he pushed the little girl out of way to have what was his. He looked down at her while he hadn’t met to push her too hard, but just blinked at her when he had. Tigger kept squirming and it was not helping Octavian at all. He just frowned at the little girl who was spinning, “Stop.” He said, finding it odd and weird. Girls had always been weird though.

He liked the sounds of her home though. It sounded big and somewhere he could find danger. He smiled at the idea of pouncing on some wild animal, or fighting off some big animal with his sword. He looked at the girl named Bronach though when she spoke. “Your name is funny. I’m Octavian.” He said while his hand scratched Tigger’s head while he began to purr, contemplating whether or not he wanted Bronach to tough Tigger.

After a few moments of frowning, Octavian shrugged and released Tigger’s neck from his arms. “Only if you show me the big garden by your house.” He said. A trade, it was only fair. Scratching Tigger, Octavian pushed the kitty forward towards Bronach, “His claws hurt. Don’t make him mad.” He may be little, but Octavian still fussed.

When her new friend asked her to stop, Bronach stopped spinning her hips to the music in her head. She couldn't be sure why the boy wanted her to stop but it was mean when you didn't do what people wanted. It was very mean of you when you did that. She did however bob her head around a little as the boy kept hugging his kitty. She really wanted to bet the kitty. He looked so very soft and cuddly. And cute. He was a very cute, cuddly, soft, furry kitty.

She lowered her head a little as he said her name was weird. That wasn't very nice but after she pursed her lips a little, the thought of him being mean quickly vanished. A floating leaf had caught her attention and she was trying to figure out where it would go. Maybe there was a little blood member who was floating down on it. As Octabian sat and petted his kitty, Bronach wondered what it would be like to float down on a leaf. Or a feather! That would be even better.

After what seemed like forever to the four year old, the kitty was with in reach of her to pet. "Oh, I will be careful. He has bigger paws then the other kitty." She said as she let the kitty smell her hand. "What is his name?" She asked as the furry head ducked under her fingers. She let out a little giggle and began petting his head. His fur was so soft and she quickly began petting him behind his ears. "He's so cute!"

When the kitty seemed satisfied that Bronach was good at petting animals, Bronach stood up. "Ok. Let's go to the forest. Its really dangerous. His claws are going to be very helpful." She said seriously. Oh her garden was beautiful but there were many things hidden in there. Who knew what was back there.

Bronach led the way down streets to her house. It wasn't a nice house but Bronach was excited. She led them to a hole in the worn down fence and crouched down. "Ok. Here we go. Are you ready? Its gonna be really scary Octabian." She then ducked her way into the hole and a magical world was on the other side.

As the light peaked into the her eyes, Bronach saw all of the wonder a weed garden could make. There were huge trees with large leaves. Flowers sprung from the ground as if they were nurtured by queens. Cute bugs flew around and the sounds of foreign animals called every few minutes. She heard a snap of a twig of to her right and she looked back at Octavian with big eyes. "Over there." She whispered while pointing in the direction she heard the sound come from.

She was an odd thing, the little girl with the weird name, Octavian thought while he just watched her dance as she stood. His nose scrunched with confusion to why she was doing such odd things especially when there was no music. Then again though, Bronach was a girl. Girls always did things funny. That’s why he mostly stayed away from them, unless to push them over and have a good laugh. He was tempted even do so now so she would stop, but when she did when he told her too there was no real reason to push her. He’d keep it mind for later though.

Octavian just watched her as she lit up with excitement over his tiger. “Tigger. I named him myself.” It had been something his mother wasn’t really thrilled about, but what else was he supposed to name it? Tigger told exactly what it was and it wasn’t confusing, like fluff ball or something. Octavian liked it very much. “How is he cute?” He asked, running his own hand threw Tigger’s fur. He was soft though, he would admit that. Just didn’t know how an animal could be cute, especially when Tigger was a fierce animal.. or at least Octavian liked to think so. His mother would have never given him some ‘cute’ animal.

He had to admit that he was excited for going to Bronach’s garden. The little Warlord Prince loved adventures. As he stood with her his hand went to the staff of his sword, “We’ll be okay.” He said determinedly while he looked around for something to have Tigger follow again. He seemed to have liked the flower the girl had used earlier, “Use the flower to make Tigger follow.” He stated, knowing it was the best way to draw him in. Octavian then followed her, not caring that he had lost his nanny and was going someplace when he shouldn’t.

It didn’t seem long and Tigger seemed to have cooperated well. Even for a big kitty, he was quite good at following orders. It was when they came to some sort of fence that Octavian smiled with excitement. He frowned heavily though when she said his name wrong. “Octavian.” He coaxed out before she went through the fence, making sure to follow along with Tigger.

It was a jungle within the walls of the garden and it only had Octavian wide eyed and more excited than before. He looked around, noting the bugs that he wanted to capture and listened to the noises around him. Which while a snap came from close to them he looked at Bronach and drew Tigger in close to them both as he stepped closer to her. “Stay close.” He said while he drew his wooden sword, taking her wrist and making sure her hand was held tightly on Tigger’s fur. Then slowly Octavian made his way towards the sound. He was excited and nervous at the same time.
Whoooosh!

It came out of nowhere, the frog leaped from the bushes and onto Octavian’s shoulder which had him turning and swatting his sword everywhere to get it off. “Ahh!” He screamed which then had the frog jumping off him and onto Tigger’s fur, which did nothing but startle and upset Tigger. He roared upwards while trying to get the frog off of him before it jumped off and took off into another set of bushes only to have the darned cat to follow. “Tigger! No!” Octavian screamed while he looked at Bronach after he was gone.

“We have to go save him. We have to save Tigger!” He said, his sword held in the air with determination.

Bronach felt bad for saying his name wrong. She hated those V letters. She could never same them right and sometimes, it got her into a lot of trouble. It seemed that Octavian didn't like it much and she was going to have to find a way to say his name without using that letter she couldn't say. It was just very hard.

But thoughts of saying his name wrong quickly vanished as she went through the hole. She let Octy take her hand and hold Tigger's fur. It was really soft after all and she liked touching him so she didn't mind one bit. She crouched down to hold him better, her eyes wide in anticipation of what was going to be looking at them. She knew there were many dangers in the forest. This was serious business and they could really be hurt in their adventure.

Then Octabian was jumping and yelling and Bronach jumped and screamed to, her hands flocking in the air. She wasn't sure why she was screaming, but if Octy was, than she was sure that she should scream as well. Unfortunately, she also let go of Tigger who was trying to get away and as she watched him run off, she felt so bad. "Yes we do, there are so many mean things in the forest. We have to be quick." She took his hand and started walking. "Follow me. I know the forest good but don't put your sword away."

Bronach's eyes were still wide with wonder as they started creeping through the weeds that looked like trees. There was a fluttering to her right and she crouched down and pointed. "Over there. Its the evil Torcacrow. He has big black wings and his teeth are made of fire. He's very dangerous and he may try to eat Tigger." She looked at Octy and shook her head. "Be careful. Do you want me to come with?"

Tigger was gone. That damned green colored jumpy thing came at them so fast Octavian had a hard time responding, even with his sword drawn. He swatted, he tried to protect, but even as it had him jumping and screaming, it was Bronach’s questioning screams that probably resulted in her grip loosening over the young tiger. Not to mention Tigger was probably three times as strong as the little witch, but nonetheless it had Octavian annoyed and worried. He may not act like he liked the fur ball sometimes, but truth is he loved him. A lot.

Octavian didn’t like the sound of mean things in the forest, but as he looked upon the abyss of plants and other things around them he knew that it was probably true. He sighed, before he found himself being pulled by Bronach’s hand. “Let me go. “ He said as he mind mentally oozed with disgust. Girls were… funny creatures. He never knew how any male could stand touching them. He shook his hand out of Bronach’s and followed her, his sword drawn high and his body protecting her naturally as they finished walking.

Crouching down a bit as well, Octavian looked the direction Bronach pointed and gulped a little at what she called the “Torcacrow.” Big black wings, teeth made of fire.. and he could eat Tigger.. that didn’t sound.. good at all. He gulped again. “No you should stay here.” He said while he held his hand for her to stay before he made his way towards the Torcacrow. He was nervous and though he wouldn’t admit to the tiny girl, he was scared.

Whooosh!

Octavian instinctively ducked, missing the Torcacrow just barely as his fire teeth nipped Octavian’s arm. Octavian yelled as he grasped his shoulder that felt like on fire from the Torcacrow. “Stay back Bronac!” He said while he stood again while he held his sword high, “I’m not afraid of you, you stupid thing!” He shouted, the air around them getting oddly quiet. A few moments passed and it was as if the Torcacrow had left, which though maybe in a moment of second thinking as Octavian drew his sword down, he then heard the sound of another whoosh.

Then as if heading straight out for him Octavian saw the ugly Torcacrow coming at him. He froze while he knew that the Torcacrow was about to hit him.. That was until out of nowhere Tigger came flying threw the air, clasping the Torcacrow in his mouth and threw him to the ground. Shuffling as fast as he could Octavian ran towards Bronach and threw his arms around her head so she wouldn’t see as Tigger ripped the Torcacrow to pieces, blood covered everywhere. “Tigger saved us! Don’t look!” Was all he said until Tigger was done.

Finally when he was done, he let go of Bronach and he called Tigger over which he actually listened to, wagging his tail everywhere though he was covered with red. Octavian couldn’t help but giggle before he ruffled Tigger’s fur which had him purring. He then looked at Bronach, “Is there someplace we can give Tigger a bath?”

Bronach was trying to sneak through the large forested weeds that were surrounding her and Octavian. Being quiet was essential to sneaking up on the Torcacrow. It was a sneaky animal and it had really good eyesight and she was pretty sure that it heard everything that happened in her little forest. He was the scariest animal in the jungle and Bronach was more afraid then normal. She was more worried about Octavian. He did not know about the evil, horrible Torcacrow. He could really get hurt.

When he told her to stay behind, she did and crouched down a little bit. She listened carefully for any sign of the creature as Octavian yelled at him. She was pretty sure that was a bad idea but Octavian had the sword so hopefully, he knew what was right. She wasn't going to argue with him. She would just stay crouched down until...

"AHHHH!!!!" She cried as the Torcacrow started its terrible descent down to her. She was too scared to move. It had never tried to jump on her before and she didn't know what to do. Then there was a white blur and the torcacrow was no longer in the air. Octavian was covering her head before she could figure out had happened but his words cleared up everything. Tigger was such a brave kitty.

When Octavian finally let go of her head, she slowly peered up at the tiger. He was covered in blood and it was really gross but Tigger had saved them and so she carefully pet him behind his ears. "Thank you Tigger." She said before looking at Octavian. "That was brave of you to fight the tarcacrow. He was one of the scariest animals in this jungle." She nodded her head sagely to make sure he understood just how grave of a situation it really had been.

Someplace for him to get clean up? She supposed there were a few places to do that. "There's a gross algae pool in the house or there's a special water vine we can use. I think its called a hose." She said, her forehead furrowing in thought. "Its much closer and its kind of fun to play in too." She said as she started off through the jungle, no longer afraid of what animals there were. The torcacrow was gone.

After a minute of walking, making sure her new friends were following her, Bronach led them out of the weed jungle and walked up to the side of her house where the hose laid. She turned the handle and watched the water come out of the end. "Will he run if we splash him??

Everything just happened so fast. First there was Tigger running away, and then there was the big scary Torcacrow trying to hurt them and finally Tigger saving them. It was all scary and exciting at the same time that by the time it was all over Octavian was still struggling to breathe right. He had done well though. He stood up to the evil winged thing and made sure Bronach was safe. That’s all that really mattered.. that he had been strong.. confident and very manly.

Finally though as it all seemed over and the only thing really left to do was get Tigger cleaned up Octavian half smiled when Tigger began purring at Bronach’s petting. He grinned foolishly though after Bronach turned and told him that he was brave. All of a sudden Octavian’s chest puffed up as he played with the belt that held his sword. He surely was brave, wasn’t he? “Torcacrow wasn’t that scary.”

Nodding when it seemed that Bronach knew of a place for them to clean the blood of Tigger Octavian looked around for a stick to tempt Tigger to follow them. When he did, waving it in the air until it got his attention before following Bronach out of the jungle. It didn’t take them long which was good seeing as he was very unsure at how much longer Tigger would follow. When they seemed to make their way towards a house and found the hose Octavian smiled, “Perfect. Great job.” He said before he maneuvered Tigger closer towards the running water, giving him the stick to chew on as he did.

Moving back away Octavian took the hose and tested the water, “He should be okay, right?” He asked turning to look at Bronach before he tilted the hose and began spraying Tigger. At first it was okay and Octavian got some of the blood off before Tigger freaked out and began shaking the water off. Giggling Ocatvian turned to look at Bronach as a evil smile crossed his lips while an idea popped in to his head. Turning the hose away from Tigger Octavian began spraying Bronach till she was drenched and soaked, laughing to himself as he did. It was fun to spray things.. especially icky girls.

As Octavian began getting the vine ready to clean off Tigger with, Bronach petted Tigger a little. She didn't want him to run away and have to go after another evil beast to save them. He was just too cute for that, even with all of the blood on his face. "Poor Tigger." She said as he rolled over to get his tummy pet. That just made her giggle cause he looked really funny with his tongue sticking out and all.

She took a few, fast steps away from Tigger as he started to be covered in water and was rolling over. He was really cute even though he was covered in water. He lost all of his puff though and he looked funny. "He looks funny." She said between giggles as he went to stand up. When he shook, she gave a squealing laugh and jumped away from the tiger. She hadn't been looking at Octavian when he saw her and smiled wickedly.

All she knew was that all of the sudden, she was soaked from head to toe, screaming and running to find cover from the water. "That is not nice!" She yelled at Octavian. The only cover she could find was the jungle or a dingy chair but with everything that was happening, she was going to take her chances with the chair. "This is not fair!" She wanted to make the water stop but if she thought about it, she knew her necklace would get painfully tight again and that wouldn't be good at all.

She crouched as low behind the chair as she could while Tigger seemed to realize she was there. He ran up to her with his muddy paws and tackled her too the ground. She screamed again as his tongue went across her face. "EWWWWW!!!! Kitty slober!"

What a day. In the last few hours Octavian had managed to lose Tigger, find him, meet a new friend, lose Tigger again, put himself in danger and conquer it all at the same time. It was a wild day for the little Warlord Prince and it was definitely one that he was never going to forget. It was probably even a story to tell his mother when she returned back from her trip, even if he got in trouble for leaving his nanny. Which by then he was sure was worried sick about Octavian and losing her job.

All that didn’t matter though in that moment while they were by some weird house and Octavian was washing off Tigger. All the icky blood had stuck to his fur and the hose was doing wonders for taking it off. Octavian added in with the giggling while Tigger stood drenched and shook until he was again even more of a fluff ball. Silly, silly kitty he thought before the troublemaker he was got an idea. A idea that he was looking more than forward too as he turned towards Bronach with a grin on his lips.

Bronach was drenched from head to toe and all Octavian could do was laugh hysterically as she screamed and shouted at him. He needed to get the icky germs off her and this was the best way to do it he thought. Watching her run behind the chair Octavian sprayed her a little more before he noticed the fear in her scent and he knew that it was something that his mother would definitely scowl at him for if she found out. It was in his realization when Tigger went running at Bronach, knocking her over and covering her with dirt. Octavian laughed again as he turned off the hose and ran back over to Bronach, pulling Tigger off of her.

“Now you’re all dirty. I’ll need to use the hose on you again.” Octavian said as he laughed, holding under Tigger’s arms as his body stretched out uncomfortably. It was then that Tigger began to squirm and as he tried to get a hold of him, dirt covered Octavian’s shirt and face before he found himself falling on his butt as Tigger ran off to eat bugs. “Hmph.” Octavian said as he rubbed his rear in pain, looking at Bronach, “Now both us need to be clean.”
