Description: Frank stands a little over Six feet and has dark hair. For someone as short tempered and prone to violence he moves around with a bit of suave sophistication. He has used this feeling to trick more than one woman into either borrowing money and then being forced to work the streets, or just tricking women straight into his bed. Frank keeps himself covered in the latest fashion, and travels with a small contingent of the best bodyguards he could buy. His dark eyes and tan skin hint at a possible mixed heritage somewhere in his family tree, but so far back no one really cares. If eyes are a window into the soul, then a glance into Frank's eyes would unnerve most. Devoid of emotion, his otherwise attractive greyish green eyes have witnessed more violence and cruelty then many dictators. For a vicious business man Frank is in better than average shape. He maintains this by running, and keeping an active physical training schedule. Some of which includes the whipping of his "Fighters." His jewels are set into an ornate Medallion and Ring. He wears the ring on his ring finger as though he were still married, if asked about it, and he decides to answer, he would say "Cause my one true love, is Power."

History: Frank was born the youngest son to a nonamed farmer. The only member of his family that wore jewels. Frank swore he would make something of himself someday. But as time passed nothing happened His few joys in life were Gambling, and women. He eventually married one day, a nice Priestess named Martha,who thought she could change him, and for a little while she did. But as her duties grew more so did his lapses. Till soon he was worse than he ever was. One day his wife discovered a small child on their doorstep and named it Salem. His wife died a few years later leaving him to raise the boy he hadn't wanted to keep. Seeing this as an oppurtunity he tossed the little bastard into the Cage Matches and was pleasantly surprised to discover the kid was a natural. He used the winnings to slowly "acquire" other children either thru the Blackmarket, or by "other" means. He sent a few to the Cage matches, or sold other's off in the market. Sometimes he ransomed the kids back, if he thought he could get enough. Slowly he built up a "kennel" at his now impressive compound of fighters similiar to Salem. Now he has thugs and cut purses roaming the streets, one actual Red Moon house, and two Brothels in town. He collects "Insurance" money on most Illegal activities in the area, and a few legal businesses as well. By threats and examples had he managed to stay in the shadows. And that's precisely where he planned to stay in the shadows, and in control and no one was going to challenge him, on his turf.
